Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment:

If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on support@attrangi.in / call us on our Helpline No: +91 8850934728 ( Mon-Sat 11 AM-6:00PM ).
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request.

Cancellation post shipment:

Once the order has been shipped, there can be no cancellations. For further assistance you can write to our customer support team on support@attrangi.in / call us on our Helpline No: +91 8850934728 ( Mon-Sat 11 AM-6:00PM ).
