Our jewellery is crafted on a 14% silver base, plated according to the polish used, and finished with a 1-gram gold dip to give every piece a premium look and feel. This combination ensures durability and a finish that resembles fine jewellery far more closely than standard artificial pieces.
We use high-quality American Diamonds that look exceptionally close to real diamonds. Please note these are not certified gemstones, and American Diamonds do not carry resale value — they are designed for beauty and craftsmanship.
With proper care, Attrangi pieces typically last 3 to 5 years or more. Storing pieces in airtight pouches, avoiding water and perfumes, and cleaning gently with a soft cloth makes a significant difference. Yes, we ship worldwide via UPS. International orders can be paid via bank transfer or credit card. Please note
that Cash on Delivery is not available outside India.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 10 working days from order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes another 3 to 10 working days depending on your location. We work with Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Aramex for reliable pan-India coverage. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once

Yes. We offer customisation on most pieces — including bead colour changes, slight design adjustments, and bespoke
requests. Email your request to support@attrangi.in. Please note: customisation requests take an additional 10 to 12 days for dispatch on top of standard processing time, and some changes may carry extra charges which we’ll confirm before proceeding.
If you require the OUT OF STOCK product, you can click on the 'NOTIFY ME' button on the product page and once the product is back in stock we will notify you on mail.

We try to display colours as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to monitor or screen settings. Some pieces may also appear larger or smaller than actual size on screen — please refer to the size chart on the product page for accurate dimensions.

Currently, we only ship to one address per order. If you need pieces sent to multiple locations (gifts, for example), please place separate orders

Never use soap, toothpaste, or chemical cleaners as they strip the protective finish. Store each piece separately to prevent chipping, scratches, or entanglement.

Yes — pricing is consistent across our website and physical boutiques. Online discount offers do not extend to additional in-store discounts, or vice versa
All Attrangi packages are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once delivered and signed for, insurance no longer applies. If your package arrives visibly damaged, either refuse the delivery or note “accepting damaged box” when signing, then email us at support@attrangi.in immediately.
