By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

• All Attrangi products are fashion (imitation) jewellery.
• Where a product name or description uses words such as Diamond, Gold, Polki, Kundan or Pearl, it describes the look or style of the piece. Our pieces are not solid gold and do not contain real diamonds, polki or pearls.

Product details

• The Customer understands and accepts that all samples, colours, drawings, models, figures, dimensions, weights or any other specifications for Products are estimates only, although Attrangi will use best efforts to ensure their accuracy.
• Small deviations, especially in colour tones, cannot be deemed a Defect of the Product.

Offers and acceptance

• All offers of Attrangi are non-binding and may be revoked at any time, unless Attrangi has stated otherwise in writing.
• Any amendments made by Attrangi in writing shall entail a new offer, automatically revoking the previous offer.
• Any amendments by the Customer of an Attrangi offer will be deemed a new offer by the Customer, which Attrangi may accept or reject in its sole discretion.
• Offers will only be deemed accepted by Attrangi if it does so in writing.

Orders we may cancel

We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, if a price or description was shown wrongly by mistake, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Changes to products and prices

Product configurations and prices are subject to change at any time, and Attrangi shall at all times be entitled to modify price lists, brochures, printed matter, quotations and other documents.

Taxes and duties

• Prices shown on the website include applicable Indian taxes (GST).
• For international orders, customs duties and taxes are charged as per your country’s rules and are paid by the customer.
• In case of changes in law such that a tax is levied that is or becomes irrecoverable, with a consequent increase to the costs to Attrangi of delivering the Products, Attrangi is entitled, to that extent, to increase its prices accordingly.

Currency

The prices or fees quoted are in INR, or in another currency if stated by Attrangi in writing.

Payments

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay, Diners Club and Discover cards, UPI and PayPal.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, Rs. 100 is added at checkout.
• International customers can pay by card on the website, PayPal, bank transfer or a payment link shared by our team.
• Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
• The total you pay, including shipping and any Cash on Delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Separate agreements

All Agreements for the delivery of Products shall be treated as separate agreements.

Our content

All photos, designs, text and logos on this website belong to Attrangi. They may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limit on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Mumbai.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it. You will be given a reference number for your complaint.
