INDIA
Shipping is free for prepaid orders pan India. For Cash on Delivery orders, an additional Rs.100/- will be charged at checkout.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring any customization will require additional time and will be delivered in around 10 working days. Orders are delivered within 3-12 working days. In unusual cases, there may be delays on account of unexpected conditions.
INTERNATIONAL
For International Delivery, an additional Rs. 2500 will be charged at checkout. Duties and taxes will be applicable as indicated by your Nation-state's guidelines and will be borne by the client. On the off chance that you have any inquiries correlated with custom charges, kindly contact your local customs office. We are unable to guide you for the same as custom charges vary from Country to Country.
International orders are delivered within 10-15 working days. In unusual cases, there may be delays on account of unexpected conditions. In some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.
IMPORTANT
We endeavor to ship your order within 3-10 working days from the date of receipt of order.
Estimated delivery date will be provided but the date is not supposed to be considered final, that’s just an approximate date of delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused due to natural calamities, strikes & other unavoidable circumstances. If you think that your package was tampered with or is damaged in any way, please refuse to take the delivery of the package and call us on 8850934728 or email us at support@attrangi.in, mentioning your order number. We shall look into it and dispatch a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
To ensure that your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. We have tied up with Shiprocket for local shipments and Aramex for our international couriers. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.
REFUND POLICY:
We aim to process all refunds as efficiently as possible. Once we receive and inspect your returned item (after approval from QC team), we will refund the amount via Store Credit immediately. The Store Credit is valid for 3 Months from date of issuance.
